Drop a delay on any activity and the simulator recomputes the critical path live, showing which downstream activities slip, by how much, and what the total project cost impact looks like under your own labor and overhead rates.
The Blast Radius score quantifies how much of the schedule a single delay actually touches. Some delays look bad and don’t matter. Some look small and burn six weeks. The score tells you which is which.
An AI layer suggests mitigation strategies — re-sequence, fast-track, sub-out, or accept — and exports a clean diff that fits inside a delay claim or a TIA.
